Peace returns!

Well Kiddies all back to school after a long weekend off - they had yesterday off as was an in-service day - the house is a tip - so much washing to be done and you know what - who cares!! Life is way too short and the house will be there when I am not!! I am going to get my snuggly slippers on and lock myself in my craft room and get all my chrissie cards done today!!

I hate Christmas!!! I know I am not supposed to hate it but I do!

I put up with it cause I don't have an option and this year going to be even more hectic than usual.. It is my MIL's 70th birthday on Auld Years Night (31st December - for those that are not scottish) and my BIL has arranged a surprise meal/party thing for her.. that's fine.. not a problem .. the problem is that all the English relatives are coming and guess who's house they are staying at... you got it in one.. MINE... all 9.. yes 9 of them.... oh goody! One set is bringing their caravan!! and planning to park it in my front drive.. now i don't have a problem with that really (honestly!) but my neighbours will... i had complaints in the summer as I had a swimming pool in the garden for the kids - what the hell are they going to say about 3 extra cars and a caravan?????????????

God help me ! Happy New Year Heather!!!!

Anyway back to today... I have my christmas box down and the cardstock awaiting decoration so off i go, wish me luck!!
